Water pressure in the shower surprisingly low!!! A/C unit so noisy that I couldn't sleep!!! The pool area cleanliness left much to be desired, complete with hair in the water. It really needs attention!!!

The breakfast was diverse, featuring both hot and cold items, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during our busy work schedule. I appreciated the business center, which was well-equipped for my needs and allowed me to complete my tasks seamlessly.

The pool area was fantastic and very well maintained. The staff offered my kids apples even though we missed breakfast, which showed great hospitality. I enjoyed the coffee, which was delicious and kept me energized for the day.

It was just a good match for a short stay in Vaughan with a good price-quality ratio. One of the front desk staff, Mark, was super friendly and helpful throughout our time there. A smart tip is to park at Pioneer Village metro station to save money when visiting Toronto.

Just a smart choice for a holiday in Vaughan with outstanding value. The staff was super friendly at check-in and breakfast. Try to arrive early for breakfast to avoid crowds.

Even though we booked two rooms and requested to be on the same floor, they completely ignored us, and we ended up separated! The wet sheets on the kids' beds at eleven o'clock at night were the final blow, they had to use their own blankets for crying out loud.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you would think for the price. you'd get better service.

The manager was completely unhelpful and rude while dealing with a critical issue. Instead of offering assistance, he threatened me when I needed to use the restroom. It was shocking to encounter such a lack of empathy and professionalism during my stay.
